one of my friends rat, I think hes dieing, hes breathing very fast and hes not going into the bed where he ussually sleeps, his heart rate is fast and his eyes are half way closed, what should I do, please hurry

You need to take him to a vet, if you think he's unwell. There isn't much anyone online can do to advise you without more details and even then, if he's sick, he needs veterinary care.
