one of my friends rat, I think hes dieing, hes breathing very fast and hes not going into the bed where he ussually sleeps, his heart rate is fast and his eyes are half way closed, what should I do, please hurry

what temp is the house? is ur rat kept with any other rats?? is it eating & drinking? honestly i would try getting him to a vet if u really think he's dying. It could end up being nothing and it could be something a vet can "cure" so if it is life or death they can help.

If he's breathing through his mouth he's most likely suffering from a form of heart failure. Get him to an emergency vet and if they say they don't see rats, remind them that it's their professional and ethical obligation to do what they can.
