I recently had a bad experience with petstore rats(they were really sick) and had to return them. But then I came across two little girls at a different pet store that came from a breeder. they are adorable! They are babies. I also have a little older male rat too(not in with them of course). Anyways, how can I gain thier trust? One is more outgoing that the other. The other hides all the time, mostly. What can I do to make them more comfortable?

I won a few of my guys over with treats :). I would open the cage door and just sit and talk with them. i'd place treats inside the cage till they would take them from my hands and now they are out their cages before the door is fully open lol.

Keep in mind that the rats at the other pet store can very well come from the same breeder that you got your sick rats from. No ethical, caring breeder will ever sell their rats in a pet store. Rats from pet stores commonly come home sick, or have a lot of health issues later in life because of their subpar breeding/genetics. Please look into rescuing a rat in the future instead of purchasing one from a pet store.

I would agree with what nazarath says, treats, treats and more treats. Rats respond very well to rewards for good behaviour. You also need to try and handle your rats as much as you can, especially while they are young. If you can't at first, try talking to them, then petting them in the cage, then encourage them to come out of the cage to you. The younger you socialize them the better.
