all my pictures are too large to be put as an advatar, could anyone tell me how to downsize the pic, or could you help me do this?:

The details part is in My Account under Members Options. Then it's all off to the side!

how did you do it? did u change the file type?

I just made it more compressed, or lossy. If you look closely it's blurrier than the first one. This makes the file size smaller.
