I'm having trouble contacting WHR (http://windyhill07.webs.com/). I sent an e-mail two months ago, and left a comment on their guestbook a month ago, but I haven't had a response.

This is the only breeder I know of close to me in MO. I'm about 30 mins west of St. Louis and if they were breeding this would be great as there are no other rat breeders to go to. Not even a rat rescue to be found. Undecided

Does anyone know the owner of WHR? It says on their website they won't be breeding for a few months, but that was last updated Oct 21st.

Did you try their link to Dark Passion Rattery? Try to get in contact with them and see if they know anything. At least they have Facebook or Twitter or E-mail. Maybe they are local, or friends or something. I live in NY, so I can't be much help for MO.
