Hi, I posted something under my real name a while ago regarding a taboo topic, and i did not realize it would come up in a general internet search for my name. I regret posting it very much as any future employer could find it.
Can a Mod please contact me about whether or not said post can be deleted?

I do not think this forums has permissions to remove content, but if you go back to the post, you should be able to edit that post and simply remove the unwanted content. :3

Wahhh I think it was locked, since I don't see any edit options when I look at it. I would also want to delete the whole thread anyways.
They need an emoticon that's bawling it's eyes out! :P
It seems so weird to me that removing content this way is not allowed.
Is it the thread about weed?
If so, then lesson learned. If you don't want people to know, don't post it on the web!

ouch. yes, lesson learned.
I'm new to this type of forum, I used Live Journal before and there you're much more in control of your own content.
It is really, really bad that that post will show up to a future employer that googles my email. I need to do something about this.
It's been deleted, I had to delete the entire thread. But it was old and most of the members who posted are no longer active so they wont mind the post reduction.
