: Camera Flash?

First of all, sorry if this isn't in the right section. I was debating putting it under behavior, health, and general ::)

Anyway, I see a lot of really nice photos of rats either in hammocks or doing various other things, and I was wondering if the photographers were using flash, and if it is alright to. It seems that it might hurt their eyes if flash pictures were taken a lot, or am I just over worrying?

I would be really happy to have pictures like that of Seattle, but not if it harmed her at all.

I use flash, but if I want a close up, I use zoom instead of getting right up in their faces.

I use flash and macro and it doesn't bother most of them...some give you squinchy eyes and glares LOL
