Some may have read my memorial for Mystery rat in the rainbow bridge section.
Well, I am obviously very curious, and concerned for his cause of death. I do not know his exact age, but by my educated guess he was 2-2.5. He was found dead on the bottom of the cage, buried in bedding untouched by his brothers. He had no injury's, no proypherin, no blood, he has never suffered a URI, he was a very healthy, and very active rat. Just 2 days before his death he was scaling the walls, and running around as usual. He had gotten skinnier, but I contributed it to his old age since he had not lost much weight, just started to 'droop' really.
I am very concerned for SDA, The vet was unable to do a necro because apparently he had been dead for more then 24 hours, I was not home that day :'(.
In the past month, 2 rats have passed, 1 rat, Godrick who had 2 ruptured eyes and was just a total mess. Some may remember his story, and Aslan one of my best friends boy who suddenly died with the same Symptoms as godrick. Aslan is the brother of Godrick.
Help me solve this, I am upset that a necro can't be done, so I am relying on our experienced members here to help me.
As a precaution, the house Mystery rat was in is on lock down. No rats come in or out, and when I go to my apartment where I keep my fosters we are changing clothes and waiting 3 hours.
