When i try to post in meet my rat and add pictures it says my session has timed out every time I try. What is going on!?

It does that sometimes when you post in any section. I just close the website and start again. Copying the text first.

I just tried again and it still gives that message. Im frusterated with it right now. I dont know why its doing that.

It might be worthwhile PMing RFAdmin, as he may know what to do.

Although, considering he's not signed onto the forum since 22 August, I wouldn't hold you hopes up for a reply

Why not use Photobucket or some other hosting site, then you won'y have these issues, and can post lots of pics.

One of these days I will try using that, Ive never done it before but thanks for the advice. If RF admin hasnt been on since then ill try photobucket first. Thanks again guys!

I cant get the photobucket link to work properly so i jsut emailed RFAdmin. Hopefully he gets back to me soon.

If alot of people have this issue then the site owner and/or server owner may need to increase the values of the MySQL wait_timeout and connect_timeout settings. Normally they are in seconds, and are usually set to 28800. They get changed in the mysql.ini or my.cnf file, it just depends on the server's os. Shared hosting may not be able to change these settings themselves, so they will have to talk to the host.
