Hes still sneezing every so often, its been 4 days since hes gotten here and i took him to the vet and she said hes perfect... Why is he still sneezing?

Rats entering a new environment often have what are called New Home Sneezies, as long as the sneezes sound dry and there's no other symptoms of illness, then it will subside within a week.  If he starts to sound congested, there's a lot of porphryin (red discharge) from eyes and/or nose, he's lethargic, fur puffed up, hunched posture, weird breathing sounds like wheezing, crackles or gurgles then it would sound like he's starting to get sick.
