Admist the big move, which is now fully complete, I am happy to annouce that I have found the PERFECT cage for my house! It is the Petco Rat Mansion! Although it was a pain in the butt to put together, it ended up being the perfect size for my two big boys (and a future little step-brother!) I'm also happy to say that we are on Day 4 with my father showing no allergic reaction to the rats!!! I have been very vigilent with keeping up with some extra cleaning and moving the cage and fan around

Turns out my world outside the realm of rats are very limited and I got a few good posts out there and then Zzzzzzzzz. Yeah. I let life get in the way. I've been meaning to come back here for a while because I felt like I was learning SO much and made so many new friends on here. So I think I'll come back and hope that I'll be able to get my "rat" on with you guys.

It's been that kind of week... and so was last week... I'm stressed, I'm tired, I'm hungry, I'm cranky... My poor furry and human kids are like "WTF Mom"...
I managed to create a daily breakfast salad that everyone enjoys immensely so I found a big tupperware bowl and made enough to last a few days without getting too soggy. Ever try to chop vegetables at 4am while having a panic attack? Yeah. Not as fun as it sounds. LOL
