Thread: To play with, or not to play with.

Default To play with, or not to play with.

After spending 7 dollars on a bird toy with lots of wood and mirrors and dangly things, I've realized, a toy is not a toy unless it can be destroyed, or food can be put in it.

I ended up putting steamed rice from my lunch break today into the crevices of the toy so the ratties had to dig it out, and only then did they pay any interest. Crazy girls.

I gave mine a canvas portable water bowl for dogs for a hammock. They only used it for sleeping after the holes were attached by a few strands.
