    Default Allergy medicane......

So my vet has given me allergy medicane for my rats because apparently they have allergys. He didn't notice any URIs or anything out of the ordinary, but he wants me to give my older male 4 ML....this medicane makes them really drowsy and I'm getting worried a bout him because after he takes within two hours he's lethargic. The other medicane he has been on they only made him take 3 ML...can I just push it back too 3? This is really worrying me
