My 10 month old goes into heat regularly, but I never notice the 4 month old in heat. I was just wondering if this is normal? The 4 month old, Gray, mock humps Dory, the 10 month old, and Dory does the ear wiggles. But Gray never does these things. I'm just curious because they reach sexual maturity at about 5 weeks but Gray doesn't show any signs of being in heat ever.
Thanks, guys!

Some rats don't show it, one of mine has only ever appeared properly on heat around bucks, she lives in an all doe household normally. Her sister meanwhile is very obvious and amusing. Both have mothered litters so its not fertility related.

Yeah not all females show it as Isamurat said. I have 10 females. Three of them show signs. One of those loves to hump everyone, I swear she was wanting to hump the cat even lol But then my one girl Sansa has it the worst. She gets so uncomfortable and moody and she power bathes all of her sisters. I feel so bad for her.
