I altogether have 10 rats. I have 9 young girls and one neutered adult boy.
However some are recently to my collection =)
They are separated like this....4 Sisters are together, 3 different sisters together, 2 different sisters, and rue by himself.
I could not put rue with any of the girls cause he still has a week to go before he is allowed to be put in with the girlies and not make me a grandma.
All of the girls are between 2.5-4 months old and rue the male is an adult.
I have 3 level FN cage and i want them all to be together..... I have never put any rats together that I did not adopt together ...together soo my questions are should I start introducing alll of the girls together or just one group of girls at a time and then rue the male....or should i bring them all together to one meeting area.......
I hear young females are pretty easy to introduce....?
ALso if they all hit it off great how many intros should I do....or is one great intro enough?
Thanks for the help!

at that age, intros should go fairly easily... good luck

since I don't know the personality or temperament of each individual rat I can't advise you based on those factors

maybe start with the youngest two groups of girls & see how that goes & then add the oldest girls along with the neuter male next

He will be the center of attention & they may pay less attention to everyone else.

A tip that seems to work for most is to give everyone a bath & place them in a clean neutral location away from the cage. If these intros go well then be sure to thoroughly clean the cage they will share before placing them back in it.
