I have a website link to an avitar, when I put in the Http://... it saves but then doesn't show anything. What am I doing wrong???

No, I was going to use, the pic located here...

http://public.fotki.com/peejee/ratties/avitar.html but i know what the problem is, and that is, it is 11 kb, I have shrunk it 30x30 and it is still 10 kb, and impossible to even see what it is a pic of.

I finally got one to work, I forgot about an avatar I had made ages ago for a computer forum ) That is my sweet little Reina the guitar rattie. She always helped daddy play )

go to "my account" it's under your user information on the left side. then click the my avatar link.

I, too, am having avatar trouble.

I want to use this:

...but the computer keeps finding a problem.
