5 Week old male is having alot of red tears ; n ; mostly in one eye. I wiped it away with a warm damp cloth and looked him over. He is breathing fine, he has a little cut on his nose but thats all. At what point are there "too much" red tears? And should I take him to the vet? Should I get something to flush his eyes? It may be because the bedding is dusty but none of the other babies are having this I'm not sure help!

If he isn't making noise when he breathes then just monitor it. What bedding are you using?

Carefresh is known for being dusty. When I used it for my hamster even I sneezed. If there is other bedding you can get that is less dusty then it may help with the sneezing.

For an eye rinse, boil some distilled water, and add .5-1 teaspoon of non-iodized salt per cup of water. Use a sterilized syringe or dropper and rinse his eye out twice per day.
