Hello all,

Here are my boys: Oliver (AKA The Green Arrow - the Russian Blue) vs. Barry (AKA The Flash - the black rex) going at it to prove their prowess. :)

I sometimes worry about their wrestling when I hear a squeak so I'm open to advice to when I should intervene?)

Don't worry about the squeaking; it's normal for rats to squeak at each other during play. I think the only time you should worry is if they start drawing blood. I think sometimes the squeaking is just excitement, and other times it's annoyance; their way of saying 'no!' 'stop that!' or 'I don't like that!'. My guys squeak all the time, but they've never hurt each other. They're the best of friends.
Your boys are very cute by the way. :)

I usually say something if it's a really high pitched squeak. like "hey! get along you too!" really loud to distract them x)

Thank you! :)

I figured it could be a form of "UNCLE!"...but Barry (the smaller of the two) is usually the first to squeak...only to then go and try to tackle his brother again!

Typical little brother. ;)
