My rat always bites the cage bars anytime im in the room until I let him out. I know this is a boredom behavior but he live in a double critter nation with a brother and has TONS of toys yet he still does this. I don’t know how to make him stop and now I can never come into my room if he awake because he will just bite the cage. If anyone knows why he does this or how to make him stop that would be very appreciate.

Maybe he just wants to be with you! If so I would say you don't need to be worried about him doing it since he's not bored, he's just biting the bars to get to you.

If possible set up a camera to ensure that they are only doing it when you are in the room. If they are doing it even when you are gone, then they are experiencing some form of stress or boredom in their environment. If it's only when you are in the room than more likely than not, it's just them wanting to be with you
