I got up this morning and looked over into my girls cage and noticed Mika had a bloody nose I cleaned the cage really good with 50% water 50% vintages and I put both the girls aside and after I got done I looked at Mikas nose and the blood was gone. Should I be concerned??

It is likely not blood, but a mucus secretion called Porphyrin. Rats frequently wake with this on their nose, or around their eyes.

Yes, it sounds like you noticed some Porphyrin as DustyRat said. She probably cleaned herself up by grooming, while you were cleaning their cage.

Also alot of porphyrin could mean a sick rat but if it is gone than there should be nothing to worry about. Rats can also get it on their eyes as well.
