So the new girl i got starts bruxing like crazy when i pet her head, and recently she's been doing an odd squeaking sound, like a guinea does when they're happy.

Has anyone experienced this? a rat that is so vocal? or is it something else

my girls squeak when they see "the boy" they get the horn...! it sounds different to when they are protesting about grooming and such things....

...i think maybe you have a horny rat! (no, i don't really know but it is sweet when they make little noises)
