Hi I'm hoping someone can help me. I have two rats that I bought as babys together they slept together groomed each other. An now one really bully's the other one so bad won't let him in the hammocks Nick's his food an keeps making him squeal. It's so bad that I think oh out time of the cage will let me get way from each other but nope. He chases him bk into the cage an monitors the door so he can't come out. I've tried making loud noise wen he bullets him. Then I thought time out one in one out. But someone on here said that's not the way to do it. I know it's hormones I can't afford to get him done either. I can only imagine what the poor thing goes through at night in that cage. An the cage is massive too. Thanks. Gill

Has the bullied rat shown any signs of distress, such as avoiding the other rat, fluffing up fur, pinched in sides, teeth chattering, etc?
