I'm sure there are probably tons of threads on veggies that are ok for ratties but I'm really busy right now and was wondering if celery was ok? I'm sure it is but I want to make sure.

Thanks :D

what veggies do your boys get regularly? My rats get carrots, spinach, bananas, apples, I'm going to give them some pears since I've gotten some....

I know I've only benn feeding basics but I can't pick up all kinds of veggies all the time. What are the main veggies that are best for rats as far as nutriton goes?

Well... they usually get leafy greens, they like Kale and Cilantro, carrots, peas (much lovin' on the peas. ), all sorts of dried fruits, and anything else I've got on hand, I suppose. Somedays they like some things better than others, though.

I just suated some summer squash in olive oil and defrosted some peas and spinach. Then cooked some brown rice and threw all together. They are just loving it. They didn't seem to like the summersquash raw, but cooked they love it.

Gems - You made my mouth water. And in my opinion, you shouldn't feed your pets anything that you wouldn't eat yourself, so... Good Job!
