well my rat sitter has just poped over and went 2 say hello 2 the boys, she went 2 stroke them thu the cage as she normaly does and cody went mad and bit her finger really hard n drew blood, hes normaly the good sweet and innocent one! wats goin on?

Do you ever feed them through the bars? Like sticking a carrot in there, or handing them a yogie? My guess is that she either walked up to him too fast and stuck her finger in without warning and scared him, or that her finger smelled like something tasty or something nasty, so he attacked it. Or if you feed him through the bars, maybe he thought she was trying to feed him.

i never feed them thu the bars i always open the cage, she had just washed her hands in what i call rat soap (smell free) and she did everything as normal was even talkin to them before she fussed them! i would expect it off roobs but cody is always so placid im sure if he was human he would be a stoner!!
