The boys love it. I got antsy and gave it to them before anything sprouted, but at least now they already know what to do with it!

It's Yesterday's News in a bin, with cat grass seeds, peanuts, dehydrated carrot, bacon bits and Oxbow mixed in. The Yesterday's News is all soft and fluffy after I watered it yesterday and mixed it around, perfect for digging!

Do rats prefer to dig through sprouted soil? Just curious. My litter boxes aren't cutting it anymore for my kiddos.

So cool, do you plant the grass seeds straight into the litter or do you need soil underneath? I'd to try this for my mischief!

They like having more to interact with, you don't need silo for sprouts. Mine just sprouted today, despite exstensive excavations by the bubs.
