I got 3 hairless rats and whom are all average size. Sometimes when I open the cage door and my hairless starts to climb it to say hi I've noticed that one of the "normal" girls will grab her with their teeth and try and pull her. I was just wondering do they maybe think she is a baby becuase she's hairless or is there another reason becuase they never pull eachother.

My rats will pull each other's tails when they're coming out. They're just so excited and THEY want to be the first ones out!! :)

These will actually pull on her butt or on the side of her and even one we just adopted is doing it too.

I have seen this before, with haired females as well. Only the girls pull another rat around by the ear/fur/skin. I think its a leftover maternal instinct when they drag them around, but if they grab on when they are leaving the cage its a "meeee first!" deal.
