We had a Guy come over today to buy some things from us,(Leopard Geckos) and so we were in the garage talking buisness. (ok, i was listening but still.) anyways, as soon as he left I walked into my Room and seen a tail coming out from under my bed. lol.
I walked over there and the brown boy way there and look farther back and the beige boy was there also.

anyways, i made little noises and the brown boy(he loves me a lot)came to me, then as i went to grab him he darted off to the cage and slid in under the cage door.

Then, I tried to grab the beige boy but he is not fond of me so i had some fun trying to get him. long story short, he ran to the end of the room and i brought out the bannana chips and he came to me.

But I have now realized that they HAVE been out before because they knew exactly where to go and what to do. They just go back because the cage is like there safe house i guess.



Im still laughing about it. I think its pretty cool that the brown one will come to me when i make noise but it saddens me when i seen that the beige boy didnt care if i even existed.

So i dont make another post, I gave then there first bath in the tub today...

IT WAS HILARIOUS! The brown guy kinda liked it but the beige boy HATED it!

Maybe you should mod their cage so they can't escape? It's good they see it as a safe place and will go back there though. I leave Rokk's door open during his free time (which is pretty much all day) and he mostly stays in there, just ventures out occasionally to see what I'm up to (or to claim his rightful share of anything I'm eating) ^_^

Off topic... but Matt, I think it's high time you named them! Even if I did steal a name ^_~

I like Rokk and Bear!

Alot of my names come from mythology. I've had one rat I had to pick a name because I don't like going more than a couple days with a nameless rat and so I picked one that I kept comming back to even though it didn't feel perfect at the time. It's shortened to a nickname now and is perfect. I named the little guy Albert Einstein for his LACK of crazy hair but he's only called Bert now.

You could take names out of mythology, like native american gods.
