I just got a beautiful white albino rat and ever since I've had him he as sneezed almost constantly. Even at night when I am trying to sleep I can hear him just sneeze over and over again. BTW he is very young, still small.
I read one thing online that said that new rats always sneeze because they are smelling their new environment, but I don't know if that fits.
Anyone know anything about this?

He may have an upper respratory infection (URI). I'd take him to the vet and have him checked out if he sneezes way too much. One of my rats sneezed a bit when I first got her, but she's stopped now. She only sneezed a couple times a day though, not a ton like your rat.
(Is he by himself? If you only have one, you should most definatly get him a buddy.)

How long ago did you get him? If it's been less than a week or two I wouldn't worry too much unless you're also seeing other symptoms like red discharge around the eyes and nose (called porphyrin), wheezing, etc. A lot of rats get a little sneezy when first coming home as they adjust. If you see other symptoms or it has persisted past two weeks of his arrival I'd take him in to a good exotics vet for a check up.

I take it he's alone? Rats are extremely social and do best in same sex pairs and groups so I'd definitely get him a friend from a good rescue or breeder. If he's sick you'll want him to get better first of course. And remember to quarantine any new rats you get before introducing them slowly.
