Hi, I am looking for experts on here to help with this problem. My rat Charlotte is 2 yrs old. But recently I noticed a difference in her toes. One of them were normal. The other one had a bump on the middle toe. See that middle toe? That bump?

Any chance she got her foot caught in the door of the cage or injured in some other way? Any changes in her behavior otherwise? Is the bump painful to her when you touch it?

Might be something you can call and ask your vet about if it is worrying you but I would just keep an eye on it and see if it shrinks if it does not seem to be bothering the rat.

It doesn't seem to be bothering the rat? Do you know the weight? A bit of ibuprofen wouldn't hurt.
