I think I read somewhere that you can train ratties to fetch a ball and bring it back to you like dogs.

Has anyone else heard of this?

yeah, i read about it on here a month or so ago (i think it was a thread that DonnaK started). and i've seen it in a few videos. not sure how they trained for that but i imagine the principles would be the same as training a dog. i trained pocket to roll over like a dog the same you would train a dog so i probably works the same for fetch.

My girls come when I say come here and drum my legs or the floor, I imagine if I was really patient they could learn fetch

Mine are really great about coming when called too, and I also use the finger drum to get them to come fast, works like a charm.

However, I don't know how to apply this to the fetch game quite yet. I'll work on it LOL
