I have 3 young boys , 2 of them wrestle a lot and I noticed a bite mark near the neck of one of them. Should I be overly worried about this? I know some wrestling is normal, and they still sleep together. What can I do to prevent further injuries ?

Play is normal but when it goes too far, I usually just shout "Rats, stop fighting!" and they do... They know if they don't stop I'll break it up and they don't want that. My house my rules.
