In very small amounts. Rats aren't meant to drink cow's milk and it can upset their stomachs (though they love it very, very much. )

I've never given my rats cheese, but if I'm drinking milk, I'll dip my finger into it and let them lick it off. It's a nice little treat for them that brings us closer together

if i have a bowl of cereal with milk, they will usually get to lick whats left out of the bowl, as it sits on my desk as they play around.
