I’m interested in how this varies and seeing if there’s any good ideas I can add into my rats diets. I am pretty into the rat nutrition side of things and do try and work hard to give my boys the best they need. I feed this mix as it gives me the ability to offer my rats a diet that changes...

Jemma of Isamu Rats also posted a very detailed description of her diet on RatForum post called ["Making your own mix - How I do it (picture guide)"]. It was several years ago and her feeding videos probably give a better view of what she currently does but it's interesting to see it laid out all on one page!
