they can pretty much eat anything just make sure its not a stupid amount..we give ours a small bit of grilled sausage when theyre well behaved. i heard the other day that rats can digest soap??? how wierd.

Yes! Mine love chicken. Last night they got steak because thats what we had for dinner.

my girls are not fussy about jumping in to a bag of rubbish and rifling through but tend to be very particular about which finely selected bit of meat i give them. they are a funny lot.
