Fur loss?

My old rattie (hes a little bit over 2 years old) has started losing fur on his back, he doesnt have any cage mates but we’re planning to introduce him to our two new baby rats we got a few weeks ago after he finishes his second course of medicine for respiratory, so the possibility of other cage mates ripping out his fur isnt a possibility. Could it be a chance he’s ripping his fur out, or hes got a skin problem or its from old age? As before we had adopted him in 2021 he had skin problems that got solved. I’ve attached a photo of what his fur looks like, please if anyone knows whats happening let me know!! : ( And if theres any certain foods I give him to help with his coat!
