Mine love fishing for frozen peas in a bucket/trough of water. Also wrestling with my hands. Another easy one is "rat toss" I cover the couch with a blanket, sit down with my phone in one hand, and GENTLY toss her town the couch with the other--she keeps running back for me to do it again, that's how I know she likes it.
Or rat pinata--wrap paper towels around a treat, tie it to the ceiling of the cage, let em smell it, and watch em go nuts!
