I bought two rats back in the beginning of January who were very young. The breeder said they were brothers, meaning both male. One of the rats I can tell for certain is a male, but the other... I'm not an expert so I want to be 100% sure if he is a he or a she.

Yikes that is a girl and if she was in with a boy it is very likely she is pregnant unless you're very lucky.

I'd definitely recommend NOT going back to this breeder. They SHOULD NOT be breeding if they can't even tell sexes apart.

being that the two holes are close together, its a female. (like everyone else said)
If you dont' want to seperate them, have you thought about getting the male neutered?
