I have 8 rats: 2 new biting rats in one cage that I got from a rat rescueo (who I'm putting through immersion therapy with excellent results so far), 3 in another cage, again from the foster home: two with head tilts and their father, and the 3 other rats in another cage. I know they all need time interacting with me and each other outside the cages daily, but 2 of the males hate each other with a passion and I'm afraid of tell chaos of I let everyone out in one room at the same time Advice please! Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately the problem with multiple cages is it usually means multiple times out instead of one group.

Have you looked into neuterin to see if they could all live in one cage? I'm assuming there's a reason they're separated.

Well, neutering is an option when I get some money saved, but I've never put them all together. It's the two males that draw blood on each other that are in separate cages... Would a giant immersion work?
