Well, the reason I only have one so far, is because my mom helped me buy BB, and I can't get another one until I am able to pay off my money to her, which is like 60.50 something like that. But, I will get her a new one soon. By the way, anyone here know the best treat for a rat? This is really the first time I've ever had any type of rodent, and the only treat the can have right now that I found out they can have on the internet is bits of carrots. Anything else?

Every rat has different likes and dislikes.

I think the most successful treats are yogurt drops, PetSmart sells Vitakraft brand, I think. But not all rats love them. A healthy treat is frozen peas and the occasional frozen corn. I haven't met a rat yet who can resist.

Wherabouts do you hail from?

Hello and Welcome to the awesome world of rats!!

http://www.ratnutrition.com/supplements.html This is a link to food that this lady feeds to her own ratties, and knows they're safe.
Have you seen the plastic jug of 'Yoggies' at the pet store? They now come in rat size and there is more in them than the vitacraft ;) . Your ratties are sure to get hooked on them, so bigger containers of those are better ;).

Although, some rats don't like to have extra treats. I hope your girls do.
