Just so you know, my roommate believes I'm insane to register on a forum about pet rats.

Oh well.

Right, Introductions. Um. I'm in my 20s, live in Central US and my roomie and I have three rats between us. Bacardi, Pernod, and Guinness. Seeing as I've just taken pictures of them (again), I may wander into the photo section and post the boys up. I'll admit to not knowing much about rats... My roomie got her rat (Bacardi) and talked me into mine (Pernod). Then, eventually we got books to read up about them.

Apparently we like doing things backwards.

We recently fell in love with Guinness and brought him home as well, thankfully all three boys seem to get along like bugs in a rug.

I'm rambling. Eep.

Off to delve the forums and post pictures.

haha, that sounds pretty much like how i got my start. fell in love, did a weeks worth of research (mind you, i've had rodents before, it wasn't TOTALLY from scratch), got the girl that i had been dreaming about for a week, and now i'm working on getting her everything that her heart desires. welcome to ratforum.com!
