hello everybody my name is hilmar and i live in iceland.

pet rats are illegal in iceland because the people who run the country say that the pet rats could escape from the owners and destroy icelandic nature.

i love rats and want to have pet rats SO BAD! if you can help me make pet rats legal in iceland please let me know

I think that is actually quite stupid because if pet rats were to escape, into the outside world, they would probably die because they are domestic so they wouldn't know how to survive in the wild. :S

there is one women in iceland that has pet rats...her rat's are legal.

so i dont know why more people can't have rats?

there are wild bunnies in iceland but they aren't destroying anything.
