Hey all, my names Kylie, I'm 20 from lovely New York USA, I became the pround mommy of my first 2 rats today, I adopted them from my local petco. They're both females, named Calypso and Fiona, they're sisters and are about 6 weeks old. I am beyond in love with them already. Fiona licks my fingers and fell asleep in my lap today, Calypsos a little more outgoing and doesn't like to stay in one place for too long, they're both very loveable and not timid or spooky or aggressive at all! I can't wait to look around this forum and find out all I can about these amazing little animals! I am so in love! and I'll get pics of them asap!

You'll probably want to get a young rat for his companion, as he'll likely be at 'that age' when you get the new baby...

It'll be easier, in general.

I had an accidental litter because my male was missexed at the store, and now i have 15 LIL RATTIES in addition to my mommy and daddy ratties.

I actually have two boys left that need homes. Kid Kilowatt and Ozone (they don't know their names tho) and they are both really sweet. Kid K. is always trying to explore and Ozone is super playful. They both have rex coats. Ozone is black, and his feet look like he's wearing gloves. Kid K. is agouti with a white stripe on his forehead. I'm sure you would love either of them! Just say the word!
