Hi I am also a newbie but I think the reason you cannot post is because of the forum's "3-post policy"

So you have to post 3 times in this section before you can create a new thread anywhere else. Hope that helps!

I figured the three post thing out however I can't figure out the profile thing out because you have edited your profile.
