My little sweetie had an inner ear infection that has been treated, vet tells me she will always have a slight head tilt due to the infection. If this is correct, and she gets it again how will i know. It was esy the first time as her head tilted to the side.
SHe is fine in herself, still running around like a headless chicken. Also is it an infection that can be passed on to my other girls? they are both fine. 3 in total.

If she's been treated it won't spread to the other girls at this point, even if it could. I suppose the only way to tell would be if she gets sluggish/sickly or the tilt becomes more extreme? I'm not certain.
