When I have Daisy and Roxy out, they take great pleasure in chewing on the walls, door frames and such. When I had my chinchilla, I seem to remember reading of a spray that you could spray where they chewed to stop them from chewing. It was supposed to be non toxic. Anyone familiar with what I am speaking of and where to get it?

I have the same problem. I've used a number of things, bitter spray doesn't work, but pure oil of oregano placed on the chewed spots every few days seems to deter mine from gnawing.

I bought mine off Amazon but you can find it in health food store. Get the medical grade kind, its potent. And you can use it to treat URIs too
