Well, I'm An 18 Yr Old Male, From New Jersey...

I Just Got Into Ratties (and i regreat not doing it sooner ) ...I Got My First Rat From The Pet Store I Work At, I Got Him 2 Weeks Ago, Hes 10 Weeks Old... Was The Biggest Of His Litter, His Name Is Grim... And I Gave Him Several Hrs Of Attention Daily, Just To Build Our "Trust", And I Relized While I'm Sleeping (or tryin to, sence he likes to make alot of noise at night ) Is When Hes Most Active, So... I Got Another Rattie From The Group (not litter, thier 2 diffrent breeds... i think) Grim Was From... "The" Reaper... (who seems to have a sugar rush from **** 24/7) Hes Active To Say The Least.... But He Nibbles (if anyone could tell me what that means when a rat nibbles, i would appreciate it ) But My 2 Little Guys Seem Happier Togeather, Both LOVE To Ride On My Shoulder... They Live In A 10 gal. Aquarium, With A Topper That Doubles Thier Space, And I Mix Block, And Mixed Food (they get yogurt drops, and popcorn as treats), So I GUESS Its A Balanced Diet Sence Thier Far From Lazy.... If Anyone Notices Anything I'm Doing Wrong, Please Inform Me


But I Find It Funny When Reaper Goes To Pick A Fight With Grim And Grim Is Twice Reapers Size

i don't know exactly what you meanby "nibbles" but i'm guessing its that sort of grinding noise? if that's the case its called "bruxxing" and is the rat form of purring. as for the rest give me your email and i'll send you my booklet. it needs updating and i want to add some more sections but for the most part it'll remain in tact and there's lots of information in there i know you'll find valuable.

Hey! and Welcome! Grim and Reaper, haha those are cute names. I have a Jay and Silent Bob, and before I had these crazy boys, I had a Beavis and Butthead Aquarium can be a pain sometimes, but its great that you have that topper...gives the boys some room so run around. I have a 50 gal Aquarium and we made my own topper that added an extra 2 levels to the tank, so all together it was 3 stories. My BF wanted to use my tank for his Bearded Dragon whos now over a foot in lenth, so he baught me an accual cage fo rmy babies. Its pretty big and its sOoOoO much easier to clean, not to mention you can add tons of hammocks and tubes and all that fun stuff, hehe. Do you have any other pets? I have the two brats, hehe, 5 hermit crabs, 1 bearded dragon, and 1 apple snail

Well, Im Owned By 2 Ratties, and I own 1 sand boa... and no... my ratties arnt snake chow... thats what i use hamsters for... now... i swear there evil... my last "pet" sharpened his claws on the stone i gave him to dull them with... >.>

but thats bout it... and bearded dragons are awsome

some tard stole 2 babys, and a grown 1 from my pet store... we know who it was, and i dont think **** walk out the store if ever he comes back in -_-

Ive been gone for a LONG time now, but im back, and with 2 new ratties ^^ (had 3 when i was on last, and there still alive)

got my first hairless rat, named him Streaker, and im not sure what exactly the other little guy is

looks like he has a cape on, but hes not hooded, and has a 2 toned face

(his name is 2 Faced Assassin because he tried to manhandle my biggest rat (Reaper) weighing in at 3lbs 5oz, a berkshire agui (i belive i spelled that wrong)
