it's hard to tell for sure but that might be porphyrin. Some rats just get it sometimes and it clears up, but with others it can turn into a URI.

I suggest taking a look at this thread and making sure no other symptoms are present.
Also she looks quite young. The tackling and squeaking might be just play fighting. As long as nobody ends up bleeding you don't have to separate when they do this :)

Looks like porphyrin, it doesn't look that bad. She could've just had her eye brushed or scratched by a cagemate, it should be totally fine. Just keep a watch on it, maybe try some eyedrops if you have any. Like the other poster said unless they're "rat-balling" with claws and teeth, you don't need to separate them. My rats squeal all the time and sort it out themselves!
