A "half rex" or something? Because little Winston has curly whiskers, and his fur is wirey and kinked, but he's not CURLY as such, as some of the rex's I have seen are.

I can't get a picture of it because he hates having his picture taken |:, but seriously, are there "degrees" of... rex-ness? I'm fairly sure he's not a standard ratty.

There are many degrees of 'rex'. Some people call the mostly straight-ish coats 'poor rex' I think, but it's not like there's anything wrong with them.

Haha, well thanks for your feedback. He's most certainly a rex then. His whiskers are getting curlier by the day!

My Kismet is like that ^_^ She has curly whiskers and sort of wavy fur, but it's not as curly as full-blown rexes. It's longer than the standard coat, and a bit coarser. She always looks like she just rolled out of bed :)
