My Nezume makes this weezy/gunty noise and she'll do it when she's happy but I sometimes hear her doing it when she's asleep or just standing there... Is it some type of respitory problem and if so how should I treat it??

Wheezy grunty noises are definitely bad. When she's happy (excited) she's breathing harder, and when she's sleeping and she's wheezing, really not good. :(

Does she have any red fluid around her nose or eyes (porphyrin), puffed up fur, not eating well, any other signs of illness?

If she were mine I would take her to the vet for possible meds for URI (upper respiratory infection).

No no no and she's always been on the chuby side...

Could it be cuased by the bedding? And if so if I get something else do you think it might stop? I don't know the brand name right of hand so I'll get back to you on that.
