Wheezy grunty noises are definitely bad. When she's happy (excited) she's breathing harder, and when she's sleeping and she's wheezing, really not good. 
Does she have any red fluid around her nose or eyes (porphyrin), puffed up fur, not eating well, any other signs of illness?
If she were mine I would take her to the vet for possible meds for URI (upper respiratory infection).
